New Bustin Boards Limited Edition Have Arrived
Bustin Boards is a story about a dream and a community. In 2001, a 21 year old Ryan Daughtridge started making longboards in his dad’s barn in Hagerstown, Maryland. As an old skater, new longboarder, he was not happy with the surf-style, cookie cutter longboards that flooded the surf shops of the East Coast, so he made his own. A dream and an obsession grew and in 2003 landed him in NYC, making longboards by hand out of a shoebox Greenwhich Village apartment. At the time, the NYC longboard scene was small but the thrill was obvious to anyone who ventured into the streets with big wheels. This community built Bustin Boards as we know it today; a collaborative mission between skaters, artists and independent thinkers to create products that exceed expectations for riders of every discipline in every part of the world. We don’t hate, we create. One Love, Bustin Boards.
